The Welcome Crew is an invite-only challenge experience for learners ages 10-15 who have taken a leadership initiative to help others engage while maintaining a welcoming and positive environment for all of their peers within Learner Community. 

Learners invited to the Welcome Crew have exhibited leadership skills of friendliness, inclusivity, and a desire to share a love of learning with their peers on Outschool. 

Within this flex class the Welcome Crew will complete a variety of challenges to help welcome new learners into our monthly theme groups.  Please see the schedule below for upcoming Welcome Crew projects: 

February 26- March 31: Outschool Hangouts Welcome Crew
Let's welcome learners to the ND Hangout and Homeschool Hangout. This experience is open to learners ages 10-15 who have shown community spirit in a previous group and want to share their love of the Learner Community with others. Learners participating in this Welcome Crew must also be enrolled in one of the Hangouts to participate.

The Welcome Crew is currently by invitation only so if your learner would like to explore leadership opportunities, have them join one of our Groups or upcoming contests where they can contribute to our love of learning.
