**OVERVIEW**
In this ongoing class, students will learn to make popular Asian desserts. I have created most of these recipes and techniques specifically for students in order to help them to cook independently for themselves and their families. The goal is to build confidence and self-sufficiency in the kitchen.

**STRUCTURE**
During each session, I will lead students through the recipe step by step by demonstrating the techniques, ensuring that everyone can follow along at their own pace. Students will cook along with me, asking questions as needed. At the end, they'll have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food they've prepared.

**TIME MANAGEMENT**
Recipes may vary slightly in cooking times. Please arrive on time to make the most of our cooking session. To expedite the cooking process, students are encouraged to pre-measure ingredients and complete any necessary prep work before class. 

**SAFETY & SUPERVISION**
These recipes are designed to be safe and simple, utilizing appliances like the microwave or air fryer. However, some recipes will involve using the stove. Adult supervision and assistance is required. My aim is to equip students with the skills to cook independently while prioritizing their safety.

**SUPPLIES** 
Ingredients will be posted in the classroom one week before each class. Please check the classroom for the ingredient list prior to our session.
