Bonjour! This is a class for young students who are beginners in the French language and are interested in learning the basics of French. This class is delivered mostly in French with English only to check for understanding or explanation of important concepts. Some visual cues will be available for more challenging words. 

Students MUST: have a good attitude and willing to learn French

This class focuses on oral skills: speaking and listening. We will use songs, pictures, slides, activities and movement to help us learn French basics. There will certainly be opportunities to practice our reading skills as students will be exposed to basic French sound structures and phonics. Themes will be integrated in lessons to focus on certain types of vocabulary. After a few weeks, topics will rotate and circle back to the beginning to practice again.
