In this 25 minute class, students will learn the basic calendar components including the months of the year, days of the week, date, and year. Learners will engage in conversation and hands-on activities as they dive right into their calendar activities. Through an interactive calendar and sing alongs, each learner will be singing and dancing their way through the calendar. 

I will use a variety of different methods to engage students in the class such as a slideshow presentation, hands-on activities, sing alongs, and more. Each student can participate at a level that is comfortable for them. I will also incorporate non-verbal communication techniques that allow learners to participate at their individual comfort level.
