My learning style is very interactive. Especially teaching socials skills, a lot of those will develop with practice. Learners are not required to have any experience or prior knowledge to participate in this course. Class will be structured by reviewing what was learned the previous class, giving students a minute to share something with the class, and then diving into a new topic. Class will end with some sort of summary of what was learned and something for students to practice at home between class periods.
Metas de aprendizaje

I have worked with students will all sorts of unique abilities since 2017. This ranges from different special education classrooms and general education classrooms from kindergarten - high school. I have worked with students with behavioral needs and currently work with students who have visual impairments. I have also worked with students preparing to apply for jobs. All of these students benefit from learning different social skills (regulating emotions, learning body language as a person who is visually impaired, communicating with colleagues & supervisors). Regardless of the abilities of your child, social skills often need to be taught, especially at a young age. :) I have my bachelor's degree along with a master's degree, and plan to pursue further education moving forward.
