Experiencia de clase

---------------This is part two of this course.---------------
---------------This class begins with lesson sixteen.--------

Town Mouse and Country Mouse is Level Two in the Fix-It series.

This class is suited for students who have completed the first fifteen lessons.

Fix-It! Grammar: Town Mouse and Country Mouse is a fun and engaging way to teach learners English grammar. Students will go sentence by sentence in an ongoing story and hunt for grammar errors, fixing them along the way. Learners will rewrite the sentences correctly.

Students will need the student book for Fix It! Grammar: Town Mouse and Country Mouse

Students will need a dictionary (or a way to define assigned terms).

It is beneficial if students can annotate in class when asked to do so. Chromebooks do not allow this feature. Students using Chromebooks will be invited to participate in the chat or on the mic.

Students will need their workbooks during class.

Class time will be spent teaching the new lesson and reading and correcting at least the first sentence. Students will be expected to complete any sentences that we do not get to during class time as homework.

Students will complete some review lessons as homework.

The following topics will be covered (some review lessons will be assigned as homework)
Week 1: Adverb clauses, prepositional phrases
Week 2: Possessive adjectives
Week 3: Subject sentence openers
Week 4: Prepositional sentence openers
