In this class learners will gain insights on how to audition successfully for musical theatre! It's important to learn how to practice so that when an audition arises, the performer is ready. We will talk about some of the common pitfalls during auditions that sometimes lead to not getting cast. We'll cover what to wear, what to sing, finding a good audition cut, finding monologues, and preparing for a dance call. Auditioning can feel really overwhelming and terrifying, but once you do it a few times the terror starts to wear off. Then you can focus on giving your best performance!
