Experiencia de clase

Students will enter the class to see a slideshow I have made of animals and numbers using lots of colors on each slide. We will review the numbers, count, and talk about the animals. What color are they? How many arms, legs, and wings do they have? I will interact with the students for half of the lesson while reviewing the slideshow, asking questions and talking about the animals! We will find out the sounds they make and imitate them. No experience is needed in this class. This class is meant to be as fun for the kids as it is educational!

I have attached a sheet to print for learners to trace numbers and color animals. Color pencils or crayons to color and trace! This sheet is optional. Learners do not have to participate in tracing if they do not want to.

My name is Morgan, but you can call me Mrs. Morgan if you’d like!
Using my experience working with young learners as an online teacher, I would love to offer classes that focus on fundamental social skills (listening, sharing, taking turns) and core academics such as phonics and spelling.

 I have experience teaching children as young as five years old and as old as fifteen years old. I received my TESOL certificate for teaching from International Open Academy. I have been an ESL teacher since 2018. Before I became an ESL teacher I was a tutor for four years. I currently work with children from China teaching them the English language and I love it! I look forward to teaching my own curriculum to your child!
Education is so important to me because learning keeps the mind strong and without learning, life would be boring! There are always new things to learn. Remember, knowledge is power! 
I like to keep my classes fun but also throw lots of knowledge in as well so it feels less like a classroom, but the student is learning a lot! Although I am a fun teacher, I’m also firm. We practice kindness when speaking and respectfulness when listening to others. I’m all about taking the time for my students and engaging with them so if there’s a problem, we can solve it. I want to make sure they’re paying attention and really understand what I’m saying.  
In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and my son outside! We love the outdoors. On a beautiful day we spend it taking long walks or just sitting on our porch. Family is very important to me!
