December 6 - Hot Wheels Grand Prix Kickoff

- Icebreaker games with a racing theme.

- Introduction to forming "racing teams" for camaraderie.

- Show and tell: Students share their favorite Hot Wheels cars.

December 13 - Crazy Car Design Challenge and Splash Race

- Design the craziest modifications for their Hot Wheels cars using household materials.

- Virtual vote for the wildest design, and that design becomes their racing car for the class.

- Actual splash race with their modified Hot Wheels cars, incorporating a water jump for added fun.

December 20 - Speed Sketching and Splash Drag Race

- Quick sketching challenge to design a speedy modification for their cars.

- Virtual drag racing game with their sketched modifications.

- Actual splash drag race with their modified Hot Wheels cars, featuring a water jump.

December 27 - No Class

Additional Elements:

Students are encouraged to document their splash races and share images or videos.

We are looking for outstanding achievements and creativity during class.
