Películas de terror Estudios cinematográficos Parte 1

Horror movies have lured fans to drive ins and theaters for decades. They are often inspired by our darkest fears, yet we find them entertaining. Horror movies tell stories of terror such as killers, evil clowns, ghosts, ghouls, zombies, vampires, werewolves, and other monsters. 

All horror fans are welcome to attend the class regardless of how many or how few horror movies they have seen. We will try to touch upon a variety of films and subgenres throughout our time together. It is impossible to watch every horror movie ever made or to reference every great film maker, but we will mention a lot of them. 

All learners should be respectful to each other. Each week we will watch an assigned horror movie prior to class. We will discuss the movie of the week in class. During our discussions we will bring up the themes the movie represents, who our favorite characters are, what our favorite scenes are, what we liked and didn’t like, etc. I will then break down the movie scene for scene, this is the same approach I use for my other film studies classes on Outschool.

Week 2 Halloween 2 1981.

Week 3: Friday The 13th 1980.

Week 4: A Nightmare on Elm Street 1984.

Week 5: Freddy Vs. Jason 2003.

Week 6: Scream 1996.

Week 7: Child’s Play 1988.

Week 8: Night of The Living Dead 1968.

Week 9: Jaws 1975.

Week 10: Krampus 2015.
