I have received a bachelor's degree in microbiology (2014) and a PhD degree in molecular immunology (2021). I also worked at Yale University as a postdoctoral associate for a year (2022). I have also served as a teaching assistant and lecturer in introductory biology and advanced biochemistry lecture. I have also tutored high school and AP biology for 10 years.

Frecuencia: 1-2 por semanaComentario: según sea necesarioDetalles: Homework will be given on Friday and the learners will have one week to complete the assignment. Homework consists of multiple-choice questions, true or false, short answer, analysis, and essay questions. I provide detailed feedback for each assignment so that the learners can evaluate which area is lacking. The learners find this very useful to reinforce what they have learned from the class. A total of 5-6 lab exercises will be given for each core topic. Due to limited amount of time, the learners will be completing the assignment with some basic instructions and will be required to complete the pre- or post-lab questions.Letra de calificación
Frecuencia: includedDetalles: A comprehensive end-of-course exam will be administered at the conclusion of the program to assess the students' overall understanding of the material.Calificación
Frecuencia: includedDetalles: Grades will be available upon completion of all assignments, including lab exercises. Grading Scale: A: 89.5-100% B: 80-89.4% C: 70-79.4% D: 60-69.4% F: 50-59.4%
We do not need any third-party tools for this class.
Occasionally, powerpoint slides will be used but students will not need to have an access to PowerPoint slides - the teacher will provide them. I will write notes with the students.
