Do you have a learner interested in the French language? Do they enjoy activities such as show and tell and art? Come and join me in this immersive French experience! In this class, we will do creative, fun activities in French. I will be speaking in French about 50% of the time, depending on the activity and the group of students.

This class is for students with little to no French knowledge. No pre-requisite abilities are required.

This class is intended to support and welcome students with disabilities. It will be activity and vocabulary based for students who don’t fit with the traditional PowerPoint style of teaching.

Perfil
Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
I have been learning French for 9 years now, from French 1 - French 5 as well as 4 years of immersion French classes. I am conversationally fluent and at a C1 level. I have tutored French immersion from May 2020 through August 2020 when the French immersion school near us closed for quarantine, and I've been teaching French online for two years.

I also continue to take French lessons with native speakers, and I am working towards my Bachelors in French, which includes classes in advanced French immersion, French literature, and French education. I attended a 7-week summer French immersion camp through Middlebury College.

I also have my certification in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), the principles from which I apply to my French classes.
