The Health Curriculum for Grades 3-6 is a comprehensive program that provides students with a solid health education foundation. It includes instruction through interactive lesson videos, YouTube videos, homework assignments and final tests.

Aligned with established health curriculum standards, the curriculum covers essential topics such as personal hygiene, nutrition, fitness, emotional well-being, and safety.

1. Understand the importance of personal hygiene and develop good hygiene habits. This goal would include learning about proper handwashing techniques, caring for the skin, hair, and teeth, and understanding the causes and care of acne.

2. Gain knowledge about nutrition and make informed food choices. This goal would involve learning about essential nutrients, food groups, reading food labels, understanding the pros and cons of processed foods, and planning healthy meals.

3. Develop skills for maintaining overall health and well-being. This goal would include learning about stress management and relaxation techniques, understanding appetite and fullness cues, incorporating exercise and physical activity into daily routines, promoting positive body image and self-care, prioritizing adequate sleep, building healthy relationships and effective communication, acquiring basic first aid and emergency response knowledge, understanding environmental health and internet safety, and practicing personal safety measures and injury prevention.
