Kids learn kitchen safety, food knowledge, prepping, cooking, keeping clean (hello!) & kitchen confidence to last a lifetime. Young chefs show up in this 90 minute live and interactive class with ingredients semi-prepped and ready to cook.

Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
Alison Caldwell holds a master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University. Alison has been speaking and teaching about good food and cooking to adults and children, all over the globe, since 2010. Alison has trained at the Alice Waters Edible Schoolyard Academy; a program for educators to learn and create powerful and sustainable edible education programs in their schools and communities. Alison is the former lead instructor and curriculum developer at the Boys & Girls Club of San Dieguito's, Center for a Healthy Lifestyle.
