We will have a festive Halloween Paint Party! Together we will follow simple step by step instructions to paint "City Cat". Wear your costume to the party if you choose as we will even have a fun guided dance party during our session! Class structure: -Icebreaker/greeting -painting time! -dance break -group photo Students should be able to follow instructions and focus on an activity for about 45-60 minutes independently. My teaching style is fun, attentive, and patient. I encourage all students to try their best by providing meaningful words of affirmation. I provide tips and techniques along the way to help in the art creation process. All levels of artists welcomed!

Materials Needed: -9x12 canvas Acrylic or Tempera Paint in the colors: -black -white -orange -blue -yellow -green -glitter paint in any color (optional) -paintbrushes in various sizes- bring what you have! -liner paint brush -hair dryer -paper towel -cup of water -A postive attitude!

My art curriculum is a blend of my core knowledge of best early childhood practices and carefully crafted art experiences. My art lessons incorporate movement, poems, storybooks, artist studies and art history. My mission is to make art accessible, inclusive and educational for children everywhere. My philosophy is art is essential in all children's lives because art encourages empathy, and helps children become more like themselves than everyone else.
