Experiencia de clase
In this private gymnastics lesson, we will work toward your students' specific gymnastics-related goals. This could include rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, flips, general strengthening and flexibility, trampoline, or anything else gymnastics related. Class will always start with a short warm-up and stretch, during which we will discuss the student's goals and how the day's lesson will be structured. Gymnasts will then be given a series of stretches, drills, strengthening exercises, and skills to practice. Private instruction gives the benefit of significant individual time and attention. Gymnast may take needed breaks, while staying focused on their goal and moving throughout the lesson. One-time private sessions are scheduled by request only.

As with any sport or physical activity, gymnastics carries a risk of injury. Minimize this risk with a clear open space, appropriate clothing and equipment, and adult supervision.
