In this class students will learn the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. Students with a fixed mindset may believe that their basic qualities such as intelligence and talents are fixed traits that cannot be changed. This course will boost confidence, enhance emotional wellness, and encourage empowerment.
   Through the use of open discussion, students will be able to differentiate a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. Teacher will introduce fixed and growth mindset by showing visuals and examples for basic understanding . After open discussion and learning the difference between character traits student , will be provided with a graphic organizer handout where they can identify their traits and habits , evaluate their habits, and recognize what steps and practices they can implement to become a successful virtual learner and also, just a an awesome student in general.
