This is class is meant be designed to each learner's skill level and goals. Topics that can be covered: • How to tune, hold, and strum a ukulele. • How to play simple chords and songs • How to play advanced chords and songs. • Simple strumming and picking techniques. • Advanced strumming or picking techniques. You decide what you would like to learn. I can help you with (practically) any song that you would like to learn. Some popular songs I've done in the past are: • Don't Stop Believin • Over the Rainbow • Can't Help Falling in Love • Eye of the Tiger • Girl on Fire • You are my Sunshine But seriously, you name it, I can teach it. I live with my wife and a small army of cats in Southern Utah. I first discovered my love of teaching when I was a merit badge instructor at Camp Frontier. Since then, I have become an Online Music Teacher and English teacher for students learning English as a second language.
I now have taught music on Outschool for over two years. During this time, I have taught over 3,000 classes while working with over 700 Students. I have loved every moment of it, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.
My passions include music, chocolate making, Dungeons & Dragons, video games, and history.
