What will be taught:
Students will understand how to describe color, size, shape, and numbers in sentences. 
Students will understand other adjectives in sentences can describe touch, taste, smell, and hear. 
Students will understand using the word "an" and "a" and "the" how these words come before nouns or naming words. The article "an" and "a" how "an" comes before vowels and "a" comes before a consonant. 
Students will understand comparing with adjectives -er and -est. 
Student will understand about adverbs that tell how something is done, answer a question, tells more about the verb, and how is the action done. 
Students will learn adverbs can tell when or where something happens.
