Each week will explore a big idea of 5th grade math. There will be printable materials posted in the classroom 24 hours before the start of class. It will be important for students to print them to follow along.  

***This class is for students who have finished grade 5 math and would like a thorough review. ******

I use a blend of traditional and modern teaching styles. I use researched-based methods that have been thoroughly vetted. I do not lecture and expect students to actively participate. During class, I ma share a Youtube video that describes the concept - this will be shared via a shared screen and does not require an individual log-in/account from the student
