During this class students will be taught fitness moves through dance, kids workouts, and more. Kid friendly music will be played throughout the class while we move, dance, sing, and get some energy out. This class is for students to have fun while getting fit. I want to provide a way for children to get their energy out no matter what their ability levels are.

- Students will have fun, learn some new moves, meet other kids, and get some energy out. This class is formed for students to be able to have fun while moving. Moving increases students focus and decreases students unwanted behaviors.
I have lead fitness clubs for students at school including yoga, PE classes, dance classes, and more. As an educator I understand the importance of movement. Students who are physically active in sports, fitness, etc. often have less behavior problems and better focus in school

This class is developed for students of all learning styles and needs. It is formed to get kids moving and allow them to meet other students while having fun.
Comfortable clothing Space to move around
We will be using kid friendly music. Students must dress appropriately for this class. (Shorts, leggings, tees, tank tops with straps, comfortable shoes are optional but recommended)
