Diversión con fuerzas

Students will start the class by learning about the different types of forces that we see around us, using many examples from real life and sports.  Students will be called on to check for understanding and to contribute to the learning by giving other examples and demonstrating different forces.  We will review the information we learned by watching a short video.  At the end of the class we will learn about balanced and unbalanced forces and apply them to a card castle (house of cards).  Students will be encouraged to try to build one at home while we talk about the effects of the different forces on the cards.
