Hello, I am Ms Alla, a native Russian speaker who likes to create and play games.  I offer your child a Russian language class for beginners (8 to 10 years old).
After my class, the learners  are expected to be able to do the following:
Day 1 : Greet people and make introductions 
            Learn family members and create a sentence about their family
            Talk to each other asking about the name and family
            Count to 10
Day 2: Use adjectives in order to describe people, places, and things
           Use common verbs in the present  tense

Day 3: Discuss food and meals
           Count up to 20
          Ask and answer questions about age

Day 4: Discuss colors in a conversation
           Preparing  Russian salad with beets (vinegret). 
           Kahoot Activity 
           Creating a short story (Greetings, name, age, family members, favorite food)
During the camp, I discuss the culture of Russia and share interesting facts and stories.
I use Kahoots, Nearpod and Pear desk software to practice the grammar and  check for understanding.  During each class, we  watch short videos with Russian songs and translate together. The class is interactive where students talk to each other in Russian asking questions.
