In this ongoing, interactive course I will help your child get comfortable with hearing and speaking French - either to prepare them for French immersion, a holiday or just for fun! We will use slides, games, songs and videos in our lessons. I will encourage your child to speak and sing along by creating a safe and friendly learning atmosphere. 
The class is structured as follows:
- Greeting and talking (circle time)
- Song
- lecture
- activities 
- videos/song
- saying good-bye

These are the topics of the upcoming weeks: 

Week 1: This is me! How to introduce yourself
Week 2: The food I like
Week 3: Animals
Week 4: Sports and Activities

No prior experience with French is required.

I have taught French Immersion Kindergarten (Maternelle) in Canada and I homeschooled my Kindergarten son in French and German. Children learn new languages quickly through immersion and play! I am so excited to meet your children in my class and to see how they understand and speak their first words in French.

Welcome to Worldlanguage Explorers! 🧭🗺️⛵️

Worldlanguage Explorers was created by Nadine in Canada in 2021 to provide a safe, engaging, and interactive space for learners who want to learn German, French, and other languages. Our goal is to make their language-learning journey not only educational but also fun and immersive. 

This is how we do it:
🏡 Immersive Teaching Style: Our lessons replicate real-life experiences, giving our learners hands-on exposure to conversational German.
🎮 Interactive Learning Tools: Engage with gamified platforms like Nearpod and Boom Cards, making learning not just productive but also fun.
🌟 Warm and Encouraging Atmosphere: We ensure that every learner feels relaxed and happy while picking up a new language.

All our educators are native speakers and most are certified educators, so that learners receive authentic language guidance. Our team comprises certified educators and experienced homeschoolers who are passionate about tailoring lessons to meet learners' needs.

👨‍🏫 Johannes Dombrowski - extensive experience teaching online, Rudolf Steiner and Special Education, passionate Youth Soccer Trainer, homeschooling father.
