In this 3 week class, students will review the use and conjugation of common verbs while learning the difference between verbs at the first group, second group and third group and how this helps to determine which conjugation rule to use. We will also learn some common homophones and when to use them. These words that sound the same but are written differently often cause problems for learners of all ages. We will also be learning about feminine and masculine words and the importance of verifying that all adjectives are the same gender as the subjects. In order to work on these three topics I will teach a short lesson and then we will be doing some practice exercises using a Google Document and Google Jamboard. Some homework will also be assigned. I will give feedback on the assigned work within two days of submitting it. Because this class is for one student only, it can easily be modified for learners of different ages and abilities. It is important for the student to speak French fluently in order to take full advantage of this class.
