In this one-time class, students will learn the basics of fractions. I will draw models and define fractions. We will also practice finding a variety of fractions on a number line. We will also spend some time learning terms/ vocabulary related to fractions including ordinal numbers. We will add and subtract fractions with like denominators. I will even introduce the multiplication of fractions, as well as finding equivalent fractions. Your students will learn the skills necessary for basic fractions. I am very patient and encouraging in class. If there are multiple students in the class, I always make sure to give equal attention and opportunities to all students. I am very patient and can guide students in their educational journey, every step of the way. I love to teach because I love to empower students and encourage them to take control of their futures. Beyond math and reading, I also enjoy teaching story improv, show and tell, how to start an online reselling business, personalized homework help, storytime, ESL, full curriculum, homeschool, private tutoring and more. I love learning new things about different cultures and hope to teach students from all over the world.

Regarding refunds, please follow Outschool’s policy. Try to pause class before Sunday evening or cancel more than 24 hours before. I will be limiting refunds for missed classes with no notification and very short notice cancellations. I will refund only in some situations.
