Calling all Fortnite gamers! 

In his class we will play Fortnite together weekly. Learners will join a safe private server to play game modes like: creative, arena, squads, trios and duos. Learners will be able to share tips and tricks with each other about gameplay. All levels of players are welcome!

Fortnite is available to play on all platforms. Please make sure you have your game downloaded and account set up before class begins. If you have any questions about how to set up your game please message me before class so that we can all get started playing together right away. As per Outschool's safety guidelines, learners should not share gamer tags with each other.

The age recommendation for Fortnite is 13 and up, but each child is different. The Entertainment Software Ratings Board rates Fortnite “T” for teen, which means ages 13 and up. Common Sense Media, an Understood founding partner, also recommends the game for kids 13 and up, because of its action violence. As per Outschool's safety guidelines, learners should not share gamer tags with each other. Gamer tags should be sent to me in a private message outside of the live meeting.

🎮 Mr. Vaughn, B.A., TESOL

Hi, my name is Vaughn! I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I love spending time with my 1-year-old son, my wife, Ms. Kait and our cat, Milo. 🐈‍⬛
While completing my bachelor's degree, I began teaching ESL online in 2019. Since then, I have branched out to the wonderfully diverse Outschool platform. 
The thing I love about Outschool is that I can teach about the things I am truly passionate about, which include video games, anime, pop culture, and guitar. I always aim to find the best ways to engage my learners so that they will have an exciting and memorable learning experience. 💫

Hello, I'm Ms. Kait! I have been teaching online for 6 years, predominantly focusing on English as a Second Language. Recently, I transitioned to hosting gaming classes and I couldn't be more excited about it! As a lover of games like Zelda, Roblox, and Mario Party, I believe in creating a safe and engaging environment for all kids to learn in. I can't wait to meet you in one of my gaming, Harry Potter or Marvel classes!
