1 hora por semana. Prior to the class, each student will receive a printable coloring book PDF file with all of the "positive affirmation" illustrations from the picture book. Learners will be asked to pick their favorite page from these coloring pages, print out that one page, color it in at home, and then bring this colored affirmation illustration to the class with them to talk about. This activity will not be judged or graded, but each student will be asked to talk about "why" they chose that particular affirmation and/or illustration.Experiencia de clase

Whether the learner is interested in being a veterinarian, a teacher, or a writer... a good friend, a leader, or a healthy person... this lesson will help them explore their possibilities and interests, and encourage them to use the power of positive affirmations and self-talk. We will be using the picture book "Catch Me, I'm a Dream" by author and class teacher "R.R. Vincench" (Mr. Bobby to the students) to guide our class content. It is not required or necessary for the student to have a copy of this book, as we will be viewing the visuals in class on the screen together. Students may obtain a copy of the book if they would like, but this is optional.
