In "Executive Functioning Adventure Academy," students will learn essential executive functioning skills such as organization, memory enhancement, focus and concentration, goal setting, cognitive flexibility, impulse control, task management, and emotional regulation. Each skill is introduced in a fun, engaging way through themed adventures.

The class is structured as an 8-week self-paced course with daily activities. Each week focuses on a different executive functioning skill, using a unique theme to keep students engaged. The activities include interactive videos, printable resources, stories, games, and reflection exercises. Each day features a specific task, ranging from watching a video to completing a game, to reinforce the week's skill.
