In this Equine / Veterinary Science ongoing class students  will learn about a variety of diseases and medical conditions that may affect horses in different areas of the world. Some basic knowledge of horses is recommended to understand the topics each week. 

This is an ongoing course and learners may jump in and out as needed. Families will be charged weekly on Sundays for the coming week. If your learner will be unable to attend the coming week’s class you should unsubscribe by the Saturday prior or pause your enrollment. This will open the seat for another learner. Seats will not be “held” for unenrolled students. 

Each week we will discuss and see photos of an equine with a particular disease or medical condition. The cause, symptoms, and treatment will be discussed and a short video may be shown, if appropriate for the age group. Additional video links may be provided after class.
