Thanks a bunch! Whether you're looking to create a thank you card, or a piece of wall art to give away, this fun class combines both hand-lettering and drawing to make the perfect thank you gift. We'll cover the basics of faux calligraphy to hand-letter our thank you card. Next, we'll draw a colorful bunch of grapes with vines and a heart-shaped leaf. Students can add fun faces on their grapes, or choose to skip it, and focus on highlights and shading. We'll use various shades of purple and hues to create depth to our drawing. If time allows, we'll add a shadow to our lettering and finish off with some light flourishes.

Students will be guided step-by-step and given creative liberty to change and adapt their compositions as we draw together. 

Card stock is preferred (but not required) for this class as we’re aiming to create a sturdy wall-art piece. Students can also choose color options they prefer most. 

***Please note, some students may not have time to finish coloring their card in class depending on their optimal drawing speed. I will work at a steady pace and frequently gage where students are at during the lesson. It is my goal to help them finish their drawing, but sometimes this doesn’t allow for coloring completion before class is over. Thank you for understanding.***
