In this 50 minutes class, the student will learn to draw and then color it with crayons and colored pencils. Some examples are: landscapes, sea creatures , butterfly, peacock, artistic flowers and designs and realistic flowers. Theme will be different for each class. I will post it monthly. September 11, 2024 Flowers September 18, 2024 Bird September 25, 2024 Tree sketching I will be giving step-by-step instructions. The camera will focus on my drawing and coloring so that the student can learn by watching. There is no special experience required to join this class. The student will keep their video on all the time to show their progress when asked throughout the class. At the end of the class, student will show his/her artwork to the teacher and can communicate about the artwork that we completed. We will begin with an introduction. Then we start with the artwork. Student can communicate with the teacher if he/she has any questions. We end the class with the positive feedback about the artwork created. We can also discuss what the student will like to learn in the next class, if interested to continue further with more art lessons. **. If the listed timings do not suit then PARENTS CAN REQUEST A CLASS FOR THE PREFERRED TIME". **

My name is Meena.
I am a visual artist.
I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Art is my childhood passion. I have taken various courses in water coloring, oil painting, metal embossing and pottery.
I have displayed my artwork in various art shows, art councils and open studios.
I have been teaching Art for about three years.
I have listed different types of classes. I teach drawing and coloring with colored pencils and crayons, drawing and water color painting. I give step by step instructions in each class.
My goal in teaching is to give clear instructions and enhance creativity in my students.
I have twin boys in their tweens! My life is centered around my family and my artwork.
I joined Outschool in the year 2022 but only recently applied to teach at Outschool.
I look forward to meet my students in the class where they can get an outlet to their imagination and also learn different Art techniques.
