In this weekly on-going class, students will go on a creative digital adventure creating all sorts of amazing digital art! 

Each week, a new theme will be introduced in order to start a new creative project such as robotics, villains, self portraits, galaxies, and so much more! Students will then start a new project based on the current theme. This is a great way to get learners out of their comfort zone and try different styles of drawing. Students can create OC's (original characters), landscapes, fashion design, stickers, or even photo manipulation all within the week's theme. 

We'll be going through the various phases of completing a digital masterpiece such as sketching, line work, coloring, shading, highlights, and more. Each student will be able to practice all we discuss each week using their own digital art programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Krita (free), ibis Paint, and any other program with basic digital art tools. 

I will be demonstrating via screen share each week a specific character/project that students will be able to follow along with or simply use as guidance in creating their own masterpieces. This class is for all skill levels, whether you're a more advanced digital artist or just getting started. 

⭐️ This is NOT a directed drawing or technical digital drawing class or a digital program tutorial class. Students should know the basics of operating their choice of program before joining the class such as how to create a new file, choosing different brushes, and creating layers.

⭐️I will personally be using Procreate or Clip Studio Paint Pro using a graphic tablet with a digital pen. It is highly recommended that students use a stylus. Using a computer mouse or your own finger can be challenging and not very optimal when learning how to digitally draw. Students should also know how to browse for reference photos online in order to start the planning/sketching phase of our drawings. 

Our class recording will be available for all students shortly after class should they wish to continue practicing throughout the week out of class.

Knowledge of prior week drawing lessons won't be necessary since we will cover a brand new theme each week. Students are free to come and go as they please without getting lost.
