In this class learners will be taught about the mythical creature, the dragon! Children will learn and discuss vocabulary such as ‘mythical’, ‘legendary’ and ‘folklore’. The class will start with a discussion on what the children already know about dragons and what they like about them. I will then go on to my presentation which is full of information which I have found out about this legendary creature. The next part of the class will be to complete the dragon themed worksheets, which will need to be printed off prior to class. These activities will include some simple writing, colouring and labelling skills. So please bring along coloured pens/crayons, scissors and glue to class!
