Grab your pup ( Real or Stuffed) and let's have a paws-itvely amazing time together! - As a lifelong pet owner, Doggy Foster Family of nearly 1,000 pets and former owner of an incredibly successful dog walking/ pet sitting business...This class will do a brief overview of all aspects of working with, owning or just loving dogs! ****Structure of Class***** - Introductions - Ice Breaker - Teacher Led Instruction using Slideshow/ Clips/ Articles - Questions -Quiz/ Questions to check for understanding. We will learn about - * History of Dogs * Background of various breeds ( this can be tailored to the specific type of dog student is welcoming.) * Picking out/ picking up your new dog * The first 2 weeks * Habits to facilitate a healthy dog/ owner relationship * Training your dog * Walking your dog * Feeding your dog * Dog Parks/ Dog Travel * Visits to the vet
