Have you ever read a story and felt like you were there? This class will teach your child how to write using descriptive words and how to set the scene for the reader.

In this class, I will be teaching the learners how to use visualization techniques and their senses in their writing. The learners will be doing some prewriting activities based off of a picture that I have chosen for them. After that, there will be some story writing and an option to share with the class. I hope to see your child in my class!

Hello families!

My name is Stephanie. I live in Massachusetts in the United States of America. I am a fun, passionate, and enthusiastic teacher. My favorite subjects to teach are math, science, and creative writing. There is so much to learn and explore! 

I graduated from Salem State University with a master's degree in Elementary Education. I also have a lot of previous experience teaching learners from Preschool to 4th grade. 

Learning is so much more than just listening to facts. Children need the opportunity to inquire, observe, and discover content that is being taught. My mission as a teacher is to make sure students feel engaged in my lessons and are growing as learners.
