In this fun one day course, graduating learners will learn how to decorate their own graduation caps. What will be taught? Graduation is upon us and many teens are wanting to stand out from their peers. In this course, I will teach teens how to decorate the graduation caps. What topics will I cover? 1. Supplies needed 2. Cutting and measuring the board 3. Decorating ideas 4. Using a phrase or picture or nothing 5. Placement of decorations 6. Securing the decorations 7. Placing the board/decorations on the cap How is the class structured? This class is laid back. I will demonstrate 1-7 of Topics I Will Cover. Learners will have free choice on how to decorate their cap to express the individuality. What is my teaching style? I am here to answer any questions that the learner might have in regards to material, placement, and struggles. Who will learners interact with? All learners will have the opportunity to interact with other learners and myself. Any prior experience or knowledge learners need? No prior experience needed to take this class.

Parents can remain off screen to assist the learner with items such as cutting and using a hot glue gun as needed.

* Scrapbook paper, pencil, ruler, scissors, grad cap (these items are to measure and cut the paper to fit the grad cap) * Large and/or small scrapbook stickers, paper flowers, scrapbook flowers, leaves, stems, or any item that learner will want to place on their caps to decorate. * glue stick, hot glue gun, double sided tape, foam scrapbook glue (any adhesives for the cap/paper) * any sketch or idea of what the learner might want on their cap

Hello there! My name is Cindy Bono. I have a few class listings that range from how to write a resume for teens, a book club, and Circle Time for Preschoolers.
I have been in the education game for 20+ years now. I was a tutor, PE teacher, after school teacher, preschool teacher, assistant Preschool Director, and I am now a School Nurse. I have taught preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school. I have a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and I a Master's in Child & Adolescent Development.
Learning should be fun. Everyone, no matter the age, learns in multiple ways and at their own pace. I believe that working in small groups helps children and teens understand content better and helps them to have a voice.
A fun fact about me is that I attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and I lived in Las Vegas from 18 years old until 27 years. In 1998, I was one of a handful of women that helped UNLV get sanctioned by the NCAA to have their 1st ever women's soccer team. Also, to help me pay off my tuition, I was a Black Jack Dealer at the Venetian and MGM.Reseñas
