This 45-minute class will introduce learners to exceptional customer service strategies. It will be highly participatory, as we will role play between scenarios of guest service. Although some of this course will be lecture based, the students will be required to join in the discussion by voice or message chat. The first portion of the class will cover what employers, like Disney Parks & Resorts, look for in their future employees. Second, the students will be learn about the customer journey and the role it plays in decision-making and innovation. Finally, we will discuss the customer perception and guest service recovery.

This class is ideal for those interested in participating in the Disney College Program, or working for Disney Parks & Resorts divisions like Walt Disney World or Disneyland.
