Each week in this ongoing class will discuss and look at a specific format of writing. We will have a new writing topic each week but not always a different format each week. We will use a variety of formats such as letters, poems, short stories, how to's, short plays, speeches, etc. 

You are welcome to join me any week that interest you or stay and sharpen your creativity. Below is a list of what will be covered the 1st 4 weeks. This list will be updated continuously so you know what format we will be working with.

Learners can expect to see examples and learn about the format of writing we will be using. Then students will have 30-40 minutes to write. If they finish early I encourage them to proof read their writing.  Towards the end of class 1-2 students will have the opportunity to read their work and have the class provide feedback to them. Students are not required to read their writing but should be turned in online when finished for feedback from me.
