Ninja Turtles Valentines Cards! In this class, we will create 5 different valentines cards. One for each ninja turtle (Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo) and a pizza one. The crafts will be teacher-led so that each learner can see and participate in making the craft together. Learners are encouraged to be creative and add their own art as well.

For this class you will need:
Construction Paper (Students can use regular white paper and crayons in the following colors if needed)
  -Green
  -Orange
  -Red
  -Blue
  -Purple
  -Yellow
  -Brown
  -Black
  -White

Scissors
Glue
Ruler
Pencil
Markers/Colors

I've worked with students ranging from the age of three to the age of fourteen but my focus on teaching is at an elementary level. I have five years of experience working with students in all subjects. My bachelor's degree is in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on bilingual education. I love teaching and learning! I believe it is important to adopt a continuous learner mindset as an educator--meaning I'm not only here to teach but to learn from my students as well. There will always be room for advice and improvement so let's learn and grow together.  Learning should be FUN!

Although I have experience conducting virtual classrooms, I am new to the outschool program. However, I am super excited to begin teaching here and will begin adding courses according to specific requests. A little about myself: 
My favorite subject to teach is math and my favorite subject to learn is science. I have two dogs. One of my dogs is a dalmatian and his name is Kingsley. My other dog is a beagle, and his name is Kobe. I love baking and making arts & crafts, especially for the holidays.
