This class is open to beginning through advanced dancers who want to experience the artistry and beauty of Contemporary and Lyrical Dance. Dancers will also be given improvisation challenges to express their individual artistry. Class Structure: - Welcome and Introductions - Warm-Up - Stretching and Strengthening - Choreographic Combo of the Week - Video Presentation reflecting the Theme of the Week - Improvisation Challenge of the Week - Cool Down and Stretch

As with all movement-based classes, there is always risk of injury. Dancers should wear stretchy clothing with long hair secured back from the face. Dancers should have plenty of room to move, and dance shoes or socks are optional, depending on the slipperiness of your floor. Off-camera parent observation is recommended for safety.
