Welcome to Club Mindfulness, formally known as Mindful Mondays. This club will be structured like a community meeting space. I will teach mindfulness and meditation in small bite-sized lessons that can be applied immediately and practiced throughout the week.

My teaching style is warm and friendly. I like to connect with the learners in my class, know what they're thinking, and get to know their likes/dislikes. Though, since this is a very short meeting, we won't always have time for extended conversations.

Club Mindfulness is a no-judgement zone. We're all learning here!

Meeting breakdown:

~3 min.  We will start with a short greeting and welcome everyone to the meeting.

~5 min. The teacher will share one mindfulness trick or tip- i.e. Affirmations for Positivity, Progressive Relaxation, Breathing Techniques, etc.

~5 min. Using the mindfulness trick of the day, the teacher will lead a short guided meditation. 

~5 min. Discussion time

~2 min. Good-byes and suggestions for practice. 

After the meeting, learners will continue working with that tip for the rest of the week!

The classroom discussion area will always be available to share mindfulness tips and tricks with each other as well as breakthroughs or challenges in your mindfulness practice. We support each other and celebrate progress in this community!

Learners will pick up new mindfulness and meditation tricks to incorporate into their lives. Using these tips, they become more aware of their thoughts, behaviors, and how they shape their perceptions in life.

If there's one thing I've learned in life thus far, it's that MINDSET IS EVERYTHING. By learning how to take care of your mind, you're setting yourself up for success in anything you set your mind to. I've had years of meditation practice and yoga training- for kids and adults. I believe in the power of meditation to train our brains toward positivity and success. I offer this meeting because I believe these skills should be accessible to all.
