Hi there! Welcome to "Circle Time Fun For Preschoolers", where learning will be fun and engaging for your preschooler! I am a certified pre-k teacher by day and Outschool teacher by afternoon. This is a shortened version of my 45 minute ongoing circle time course.

In this ongoing course, we will follow the same class format each time to make it more consistent for our young friends. 

We will start each class with an introduction and fun welcome song.  
Next, we will do our calendar time where we will learn the days of the week, months of the year, and practice counting.
After calendar time, the students and I will all do a quick brain break to get our wiggles out and get ready for our story time! 
Each book we read will align with the theme of the week.  Students will be encouraged to ask and answer questions relating to the book. 
After story time, we will learn our letter of the week with an introduction and activity.  
At the end of every class, students will have an opportunity to have a quick show and tell.  

Our monthly themes will be:
January: New Year, Winter, Polar Animals, Snow and Ice
February: Friendship, Valentine's Day, Pets, Fairy Tales
March: Spring, Weather, St. Patrick's Day, Life Cycles
April: Rain, Farms, Recycling, and Gardening
May: Flowers, Mother's Day, Zoo, and Flags
June: Father's Day, Camping, the Beach
July: Water, Summer, Swimming
August: Back to School, Adventures
September: All About Me, Apples, Pumpkins
October: Fall, Halloween, Leaves
November: Family, Harvest, Thankful
December: Gingerbread, Holidays Around The World, Traditions

Courses will begin Monday January 18, 2021 and we will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to learn:

Week of January 18 - 22: Letter A, Number 1, Winter
Week of January 25 - 29: Letter B, Number 2, Snow and Ice
Week of February 1 - 5: Letter C, Number 3, Friendship
Week of February 8 - 12: Letter D, Number 4, Valentine's Day
Week of February 15 - 19: Letter E, Number 5, Pets
Week of February 22 - 26: Review Letters A-E and Numbers 1-5, Fairy Tales
Week of March 1 - 5: Letter F, Number 6, Spring
Week of March 8 - 12: Letter G, Number 7, St. Patrick's Day
Week of March 15 - 19: No Classes
Week of March 22 - 26: Letter H, Number 8, Weather
Week of March 29 to April 2: Letter I, Number 9, Life Cycles
Week of April 5 to 9: Letter J, Number 10, Rain
Week of April 12 to 16: Review Letters F-J and Numbers 6-10, Farms
