This is an on-going class, where learners may join at any time. Students who are already familiar with finger numbers and kinds of notes (quarter notes, whole notes, and half notes) will do better in this class.

Students requesting to enroll in this class below the listed age limit of seven MUST have already attended at least four classes of piano primer 1-A or be actively enrolled in piano lessons with another teacher.

The songs in this class will be equivalent in difficulty to Piano Primer I - Part B: Songs on the Black Keys OR Piano Primer I - Part C: Songs on the Black Keys.

ABOUT THIS CLASS:
Each class, we will review finger numbers and play a related holiday-themed music game. Then we will review rhythm notation by clapping to some holiday-themed lyrics. Then I will teach everyone how to play a Christmas tune, step by step. Students may request which song to learn from the list below.

Practice between classes is highly recommended. Access to a keyboard/piano and view of the screen while playing is required to participate during class time. Please contact me if you are unsure if this is the right level class for your learner.

All attendees will receive my sheet music arrangements upon enrollment.
