Problemas de suma y resta navideños con Kahoot! para alumnos de 1.º y 2.º grado

In this one-time class learners will play a Kahoot! to solve word problems using addition and subtraction.  Learners will have up to 2 minutes to solve each word problem with 4 multiple choice answers.  

Our first slide will be a quick review of key terms for addition and subtraction word problems.  Afterwards we will begin our Kahoot!  Learners will answer up to 23 multiple choice addition or subtraction word problems.  After each question we will discuss the correct answer if any of the learners got it incorrect.  If any of the learners are struggling I will provide hints to help them know to add or subtract. 

This game is easiest played with 2 devices: one for zoom and one for Kahoot! You do not need a login for Kahoot!, you just need to enter the pin that I will give you at the beginning of class.  There is a Kahoot! app for phones and tablets or you can open www.Kahoot.it on your web browser.  If you are using a laptop you can use a split screen instead of a second device, but this can be difficult for some learners so a second device is preferred.
