Tarea
1 hora por semana. Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. Each assignment will be done individually. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. During each section, I will give you journal prompting questions and you can post your answers in the classroom. You will also be asked to submit a video or audio recording of yourself answering the ‘Question of the Day’ on the classroom page.

This is a self paced version of the original live class. The course is divided into 8 sections.

During each section, learners will be guided through different visualization meditations with videos that have been pre-recorded. Each week will be a different meditation encouraging learners to use their imagination to create a calm and relaxing space in their mind. Meditations include relaxing music and positive affirmations.

Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. 
During each section,  I will give you journal prompting questions and you can post your answers in the classroom. You will also be asked to submit a video or audio of yourself answering the ‘Question of the Day’ on the classroom page.

Nature Meditation
 Connect with the natural world through a guided visualization exercise set in serene landscapes such as forests, meadows, and riversides. Cultivate a sense of harmony with nature to promote inner calmness and tranquility.

Lección 2:
Heart Meditation
 Explore the depths of compassion and love within yourself through heart-centered meditation practices.

Tell us who you are thankful for. Your friends and family members that you love and care about.

Treehouse Meditation
 Through a guided visualization meditation, imagine yourself in your own special treehouse.

Flower Meditation

Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a Nutritionist and Mental Wellness Coach. I enjoy sharing Holistic Ways of Improving our Mood. 

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am certified in Mindfulness, Meditation & Neuroscience as well as Conscious Care & Support.

Over the years, I have taught art, physical education, as well as promoted self-esteem and confidence. More recently, I have been teaching English as a second language, and I had the privilege of homeschooling my 9 year old Step-Son this year. However, my main passion is teaching guided Meditations, Nutrition and Wellness courses to adults and children.

I am passionate about teaching kids the importance of eating healthy foods to support their mental well-being and overall health. I enjoy sharing simple lifestyle habits that can be used to reduce anxiety and help your child deal with stress. I believe that these are tools that can be carried with them into adulthood.

As a teacher, I love to ask questions and encourage students to share their thoughts. Providing a warm and inviting learning environment is very important in order to nurture Positive Self-Image and overall Mental Wellness.
