Join us for a transformative 3-day camp where we will delve into the practices of meditation and mindfulness, all centered around building self-esteem. This camp celebrates individuality and teaches the importance of self-love and acceptance.

Each session includes:

- Breathing techniques: Learn methods to calm the mind and body.
- Positive affirmations: Practice statements of self-love and acceptance.
- Guided meditation: Experience a short, relaxing meditation to foster a positive self-image. No prior meditation experience is needed.

Class Schedule:

Day 1: 
- Introduction to mindfulness techniques.
- Guided visualization meditation, imagining a calm, safe place in nature.

Day 2: 
- Mindfulness practice.
- Glowing heart meditation.

Day 3: 
- Mindfulness practice.
- Review of positive affirmations.
- Rainbow guided meditation.

Throughout the camp, learners are encouraged to express their emotions and share their experiences in a supportive environment.

Nature Gratitude
 This meditation is meant to help you practice gratitude and find relaxation. Using guided visualization, you can use your imagination to find a calm, safe place in nature and think of all the things that they are thankful for. We will finish the class by repeating positive affirmations to build self-esteem.

Glowing Heart
 Imagine placing a warm glowing light into your heart and filling your heart and whole body with love. Find peace, calm, and relaxation as you send love to yourself and special people in your life. Join me in this visualization meditation for kids using positive affirmations and our imagination.

Lección 3:
Rainbow Harmony
 Embark on a colorful adventure where you'll imagine rainbow colors dancing through your body, like a playful parade of feelings! Each color is like a superpower, making you feel strong and happy inside. Say kind words to yourself as you imagine each color, building your confidence and making you feel like a champion of positivity! Let's dive into this magical meditation and feel the rainbow magic wash over you!

Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a Nutritionist and Mental Wellness Coach. I enjoy sharing Holistic Ways of Improving our Mood. 

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am certified in Mindfulness, Meditation & Neuroscience as well as Conscious Care & Support.

Over the years, I have taught art, physical education, as well as promoted self-esteem and confidence. More recently, I have been teaching English as a second language, and I had the privilege of homeschooling my 9 year old Step-Son this year. However, my main passion is teaching guided Meditations, Nutrition and Wellness courses to adults and children.

I am passionate about teaching kids the importance of eating healthy foods to support their mental well-being and overall health. I enjoy sharing simple lifestyle habits that can be used to reduce anxiety and help your child deal with stress. I believe that these are tools that can be carried with them into adulthood.

As a teacher, I love to ask questions and encourage students to share their thoughts. Providing a warm and inviting learning environment is very important in order to nurture Positive Self-Image and overall Mental Wellness.
