Hola!

In this 6 week class, we will teach your learner the essential words/concepts to get them started with the beautiful Spanish language!  This class will be taught in Spanish but given translations as needed to help the learners to understand and memorize what they are learning.

This class is your first step to start learning the Spanish language with topics covering:

The numbers 0-10
The alphabet
Self-introduction (my name is, I'm from, etc.)
Greetings (hello, how are you, bye, etc.)
People (mom, dad, sister, brother, etc.)
Emotions (happy, sad, angry, confused, etc.)
Places (home, school, bathroom, etc.)
Food (meals, ordering, etc.)

Tentative Schedule:

Week 1: Greetings and Colors
Week 2: People and Days of the Week
Week 3: Introduction and Emotions
Week 4: Places
Week 5: Numbers
Weeks 6: Food

No Spanish background knowledge is required. This lesson is perfect for New Spanish learners.

The class flow will be greetings, review, learning a new skill, practicing, and speaking. This class will have topics intermingled together to engage in natural conversations.

Homework is optional but is strongly recommended to not only practice in between classes but to help remember the new language as you continue to speak it.
