This is a one time class where we will make mint chocolate chip cookies. A delicious twist on a classic favorite! In this class will start class with some brief introductions and go over the supplies we will be using. We will then work together to make the cookies one step at a time. For this class, learners will need a mixer or bowl and spoon to mix with. They will also need at least one baking sheet, parchment or cooking spray, butter, sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, green...
For this class, student will need a mixer or bowl and spoon to mix with. They will also need at least one baking sheet, parchment or cooking spray, butter, sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, green food coloring (optional), eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and milk chocolate chips. The full recipe will be posted about 4 hours before class.
* Students will need to use an oven. Supervision is required at the parents’ discretion. * Please be mindful of any potential allergens in the recipe. If you have any questions regarding substitutions, please send me a message and I will respond within 24 hours.
