In this class we will complete step by step instructions to create a beehive and flying bees during this spring/summer craft class. We will draw an outline of our beehive with a marker. We will use our fingers and yellow paint to make a few bees around the hive and honeycombs within the beehive. We will also cut out a "door" entrance on black or brown paper and glue it. Lastly we will use a black marker to draw details on our bees to complete our craft. During class we will learn a few fun facts about bees/beehives. I love to teach my learners facts about the object we're crafting to keep their minds engaged. At the end we will show off our finished artwork! *In my craft/art classes no experience is necessary. I let learners know that each of us are unique artists therefore our art will not look identical. I encourage individual style and that we can embrace our art even if there are imperfections.* **Please feel free to send a date/time request for a class you're interested in. I do schedule out classes in advance but I am flexible to switch that around if there are no conflicting enrollments.**

Depending on each learners skill and comfortability, parental supervision may be needed during craft. Scissors and glue will be used to cut out our beehive entrance.

Hello there! My name is Mrs. Morris. Welcome to my corner of Outschool where we cook some yummy meals and bake some delicious treats!
I offer both cooking and baking classes that meet every other week. Baking and cooking are two skills that are important to learn, but fun and rewarding as well! To make a meal or baked goods for your family/friends to enjoy is one of the best feelings, and I love to help my learners experience that feeling. It's also a great opportunity to branch out of our comfort zone and try new recipes!
